Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young minds during their crucial developmental years. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, engaging, and enriching learning environment for young children.

REQUIREMENTS

1) High school diploma or GED

2) Clear background check

3) Drivers license or Identification

4) CDA

5) Experience in a licensed child care center

 
NICE TO HAVE

1) Five + years experience with children under 5 years old

Co-Leader

We are looking for a co-leader to join us in leading our future. In a time when there is so much uncertainty let us invest in our future, our children! Come join us on this incredible journey to teach our youngest leaders, infants toddlers and preschoolers. We PLAY with a purpose! Our strategies include singing, dancing, circling, and moving all day. Founded in love, guidance, nurturing, and role modeling.
 
We are searching for an experienced leader to coach/mentor our teachers, team with our owners and director, and learn our vision and curriculum.
 
REQUIREMENTS

1) Related bachelors degree, or a CDA for example in ECE, child development, education and/or leadership

2) Five plus years experience in ECE

3) Enjoys coaching/ mentoring teachers

4) Experience with curriculum

Personal Assistant

I’m Just a Kid is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our activities. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will assist in managing calendars, coordinating tours and lead nurturing, handling data entry tasks, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

REQUIREMENTS

1) High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

2) Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

3) Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

4) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members, clients, and vendors.

5) Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

6) Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

7) Shows initiative in taking on responsibilities, identifies areas for improvement, and proactively contributes to enhancing overall efficiency

 
NICE TO HAVE

1) Experience in event coordination or culture-building activities

2) Bilingual fluency in Spanish (strongly encouraged)

3) Experience in childcare, daycare
