Welcome to May at IJAK!

As we hop into May, we’re excited to dive into a month full of imagination and storytelling with our theme: AUTHORS, ILLUSTRATORS, BOOKS OH MY! – Autores, ilustradores y libros! This month, we’ll explore the magical world of books by learning about the people behind our favorite stories. From fairy tales to rhymes and colorful collages, we’ll celebrate the authors and illustrators who bring stories to life and inspire a love of reading in children everywhere.

Zoo-Phonics & Alphabetic Knowledge

We’re almost done meeting our new alphabet friends! Introducing, Y-Y-Yancy Yak and Z-Z-Zeke Zebra. With our Zoo-Phonics friends, we’ll learn more about these letters and sounds through exciting songs and activities.
