November Parent Note 2025

As we step into November, our theme focuses on Etiquette – Etiqueta, helping children learn the importance of kindness, respect, and gratitude. This month, we’ll practice using polite words, greeting others warmly, saying “thank you,” and showing care through our actions. Through stories, songs, and role-play, children will explore what it means to treat others and themselves with respect.

November Curriculum: Etiquette – Etiqueta

• Week 1: What is etiquette?

• Week 2: Greeting people

• Week 3: Giving thanks & table manners

• Week 4: Hygiene

This theme will help children strengthen their social and emotional skills while learning about empathy, gratitude, and personal responsibility all through fun, age-appropriate activities.

Zoo-Phonics & Alphabetic Knowledge

This month, we’re focusing on a new group of alphabet friends: G, H, and I!

Through Zoo-Phonics, children will get to know each letter using fun animal characters, matching sounds, and hands-on, movement-based learning that makes early literacy exciting.

Whether they’re galloping with Gordo Gorilla, hopping with Honey Horse, or itching like Inny Inchworm, your child is building key literacy skills like sound awareness, vocabulary, and letter recognition all through joyful play and imagination.

Keep listening, you might just hear G, H, and I making their way into storytime at home!
